What is Confirmation?
“…‘by the sacrament of Confirmation, [the baptized] are more perfectly bound to the Church and are
enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit. Hence they are, as true witnesses of Christ, more
strictly obliged to spread and defend the faith by word and deed.’” (Catechism of the Catholic Church,
1285)

Personal Interviews:
The purpose of the interview is to give you the opportunity to articulate for yourself, in your own words, what the sacrament of Confirmation is and why you are choosing to receive it. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Be assured that the purpose of the interview is not to "pass" or "fail" you. We are here to help you, so if it becomes clear in the interview that there is something important you don't know or understand, we will follow up with you to make sure you do before you receive Confirmation.
A 15 minute interview with a Confirmation Team member is required. Please sign up for a time within the dates below:
