Scrip –  Q & A

Q & A     ORDER FORM     VOLUNTEERS

When and where can I buy Scrip?
Scrip is available "cash and carry" after every Mass (4:00 p.m. on Saturdays; 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. on Sundays).  If you would like to purchase Scrip from business other than those that we have on hand, you can print out an order form by clicking on the link at the top of this page.

Who can buy Scrip?
Anyone can purchase Scrip. Family, friends, even grandparents purchase Scrip. They don't have to be members of St. Ludmila Church.

Are all gift cards/certificates available to purchase?
No. Some gift cards and certificates are order only, and we try to keep more frequently purchased items stocked. The order form shows an asterisk next to the items on hand.  You can also find a list of the businesses that we keep on hand by clicking here.

Who benefits from Scrip?
Everyone! By not spending any extra money, you are pre-purchasing gift cards at face value to use for your normal expenses. You are earning money, and in turn, helping the church (and school) by raising money that we wouldn't otherwise be able to get, to fund various projects.

How can I use my share of Scrip?
You can choose who gets your 50% of the profits. It can go towards reducing your families tuition, to another family that you choose, to the general Tuition Assistance Fund, to All Saints Church, All Saints Haiti Fund, a teacher's classroom account, or to reduce tuition for the children in the All Saints Religious Education program.

Can I pay with at credit card?
No.  At this time, we are only accepting payments by cash or check.

Is there NSF charges?
Yes. We charge $20 for any checks returned for non-sufficient funds.

Where can I find a list of national retailers?
You can go to www.glscrip.com, and find a list of the retailers that we can order for you.

How can my business be added to Scrip?
If you would like your business to participate in the Scrip program, email us at scrip@stludmila.org.

Who is the Scrip program run by?
This program is run by all volunteers. There are many dedicated parishioners who give generously of their time to keep the Scrip program running.
