MINISTRY MAKERS

When a parish committee or group has need of helpers to accomplish a task, a call is made to the Ministry Maker Coordinator. The coordinator gathers the necessary information, which is outlined below. Next, the coordinator determines what categories of skills and gifts will be necessary. Then, using information from our parish census, the coordinator selects a list of parishioners who possess these skills. The list is given to the Ministry Maker callers, who make phone calls to parishioners until the need is met.
