FALL BAZAAR: Nov. 12 (9am-6pm) and 13 (9am-Noon)

The 2011 Fall Bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 12, from 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday, November 13, from 9:00am-Noon in the Social Hall.

Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy kolaches, purchase crafts and other goods, and enjoy home-baked cakes and pies with Cafe Ludmila.

There will also be a kolach bake on Saturday, November 12. Flavors available: Apple, Apricot, Cherry, Poppy Seed, Prune, Strawberry.

Orders must be in by: Tuesday, November 8 (order 9 AM to 7 PM by calling Darlene 390.1277 or Elaine 364.0897. Kolaches are sold as pre-order only.

TEA WITH THEE: September 8, 2011

Tea With Thee is an annual event at St. Ludmila. Women of the parish "Adopt a Table", decorate it, and purchase individual tickets (just $13 this year!), while the men serve as Waitstaff while the ladies relax and enjoy a scrumptious light meal. Entertainment and door prizes round out the fun.

Come to an Information Meeting in the Church Social Hall on August 17th at 9 a.m., or August 18th at 6:30 p.m. to adopt your table, check out linens, or get your tickets and learn more.

The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. on September 8th with a social hour: sample wine and hors d'oeuvres while you check out the table decorations. The meal will be served at 7 p.m.

This Kolach Bake is for our National Catholic Youth Conference trip in 2011. The profits of this bake will go to help offset some of the expense involved in taking the young adults.
