How do I register in St. Ludmila
Church?
People who desire to become memebers of St. Ludmila Church are
requested to visit with a member of the parish staff and to complete a
registration form. Requests can be made with the parish secretary to
set up an appointment. Phone: 362-7282.
What do I need to do if I would like to hold my wedding
ceremony at St. Ludmila's?
You'll need to be a registered member of the parish. Please
contact the Pastor at least six months in advance.
How do I arrange to have my baby baptized?
Baptisms are normally held on the 4th Sunday of the month at the 10:00
mass. Participation in the baptism program is required, and is held
on the 2nd Sunday of the months of January, April, and September.
Parents may also attend a Baptism preparation session in a nearby parish.

How do I arrange for the Anointing of the Sick?
A general Anointing of the Sick is held during mass several times a
year, the times and dates will be announced. If someone is seriously
ill or is about to have surgery, please contact the parish center and
Fr. Tom will see that they get the sacrament. If they are in Mercy
Hospital there is a chaplain there who will give it to them--just let the
nurses know to contact the chaplain. There is also a priest that covers
St. Luke's Hospital--just let the Pastoral Office know.
